Community Outreach: When HTCCR Priests and Officers are made aware of a tragedy in a family in the community, they offer their help. This may be a visit to the hospital to talk to the patient or a visit to the family to offer condolences. HTCCR invites local and national elected officials to major events at the temple to make them aware of our great cultural heritage. HTCCR welcomes individuals and school and college groups who want to visit the temple to learn about Hindu religion. If a school or college requests a speaker, it is arranged.

Basement and Kitchen Rental: Many devotees like to hold social functions such as a wedding ceremony or a birthday celebration at the temple. They invite their friends and relatives. Our basement and patio can accommodate up to about 200 people. The food can be catered by a restaurant or cooked in the kitchen. Basement and kitchen are rented to them for a certain number of hours for a fee which includes security deposit and cleaning charges.
